Do you need help?

This site is easy to use. Follow these steps:

  1. Complete your holiday details in the Holiday houses booking box on the homepage.Click on next.
  2. The website will offer you a choice of available properties for the date you have requested.These properties will be in the highlighted column on the page. You will also be offered properties a few days before and a few days after your chosen date.
  3. Click on any house that interests you to see further information on that house.
  4. Click on Book at the bottom of the page relating to the information on a particular house, if you would like to book your holiday in this house.
  5. The following page will ask you for your personal details and it will ask you to confirm you would like to book that house, and that all details of the booking are correct.
  6. You will be sent to a protected page on the website where you will be asked to put in your credit card details/payment details of those permitted on the website, in order that you may go ahead with the requested payment for the booking.
  7. Once you have made your payment you will receive an email confirming your booking and giving you a booking reference number, as well as confirming details of the house you have booked. You will receive a separate email confirming your payment.
  8. 30 days before you are due to start your holiday you will receive an email reminding you to pay the balance on your holiday house. To do this you will need to click on My Booking (on the homepage in the Holiday houses booking box). You will give your name and booking reference number and you will then see what the balance to be paid is.
  9. You can go ahead with making the payment.

THE DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT OF YOUR BALANCE IS THE 21ST DAY BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY IS DUE TO START. You will receive confirmation of your booking as well as a receipt for payment and directions to our office in Bosa, where we will meet you and take you to your holiday house.
